Brookfield Properties wanted to attract creative entrepreneurs away from Santa Monica, Hollywood and “Silicon Beach” and set up shop in one of the overlooked cultural epicenters of DTLA – Bunker Hill. But traditional commercial real estate advertising is the antithesis of attractive to the creative community. So we used the creative community of Bunker Hill to sell itself by telling the story of 3 unique Innovators through the lens of 3 unique animators in this Shorty Award winning digital campaign.
